Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects our customers, our infrastructure and the internet as a whole. It applies to every account, site, email and process running on AppAlbania Host services and is part of the Terms of Service.
1. Illegal activity
You may not use the service for anything that breaks the laws of the Republic of Albania or applicable international law, including fraud, selling prohibited goods (drugs, weapons, fake documents), unlicensed gambling and money laundering.
2. Attacks and network security — strictly forbidden
- DDoS/DoS attacks, flooding or stress-testing against anyone;
- port scanning, vulnerability scanning, brute force, credential stuffing or attempts to gain unauthorised access to third-party systems;
- attempts to attack, bypass or test the security of our servers or other customers (without written permission);
- botnets, command-and-control servers, exploit kits, distributing malware, ransomware, viruses or other malicious code;
- phishing, sites imitating banks, institutions, shops or other brands, harvesting passwords or card details;
- open proxies, public VPNs, Tor exit nodes, open relays or services that hide the source of malicious traffic.
3. Spam and email
Sending unsolicited bulk email, buying or using email lists without consent, and promoting sites hosted with us through spam on any channel are forbidden.
4. Prohibited content
- any child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, reported to the authorities immediately;
- incitement to violence, terrorism or hatred against groups;
- copyright or trademark infringement: pirated software, “nulled” themes/plugins, unlicensed films, music or books;
- publishing other people’s personal data without a legal basis, defamation or harassment.
5. Resource usage
Cryptocurrency mining, processes that load the server excessively or constantly, using hosting as file storage or a CDN for content unrelated to the site, and reselling the service without a written agreement are forbidden.
6. Accounts
Creating accounts with a false identity, sharing an account with unauthorised parties and bypassing plan limits are forbidden.
7. Enforcement
- We may remove content, block traffic, or suspend or terminate the account immediately, without prior notice and without refund, when there is a breach or a risk to others.
- We may preserve logs and evidence and cooperate with the police, prosecutors or other competent authorities as the law requires.
- The Customer is liable for the damage they cause, including our clean-up costs and third-party penalties.
8. Compromised sites
If a site is hacked and used for attacks, spam or malware, we isolate it immediately. We help you clean it; it goes back online once it is safe.
9. Reporting abuse and vulnerabilities
Report abuse or security vulnerabilities to [email protected] (subject “Abuse”) or through Support. Security testing of our infrastructure is allowed only with prior written permission.
